December 11, 2008 - The color was honey like. The flavor was initially a little bit burnt. Softened in the glass and over time this was a great bottle of wine. Sorry to see that I am all done.

January 11, 2007 - Definitely starting to go downhill. Color was nice... Deep, golden straw. Not much left on the nose, barely a hint of what I am sure was there at an earlier date. And also not much on the palate.

December 3, 2006 - This wine was on its downward cycle. The fruit has largely receded, leaving a flinty, acidic finish. A dissapointment.

November 26, 2001 - Dinner in Munich Stefan Liz -- whoa!!! Olive oil yellow, roasted nuts and stones, butterscotch, hot erasers, marshmallow crème
