Community Tasting Notes 5

March 31, 2017 - Enticing nose of perfumed berries, leaf mold, rose water. Limpid juice on the palate with a concentrated acid berry lift at the back. A wonderful aromatic wine with intense varietal character. 50 + 17 +17 + 8 = 92.

    November 1, 2016 - Tappo integro.
    Naso piatto
    Bocca acidissima: quasi aceto.
Qui è successo qualcosa ma non ho capito cosa.

October 13, 2016 - Opened and poured, this wine gave a very good to excellent showing. The youthful fruit is detailed and focused on the bouquet and palate. The color is a youthful, medium to dark translucent ruby. The medium bodied palate shows firm but youthful fruit with a medium length, balanced finish that contains sufficient acidity and tannin. This wine drinks well now and could benefit from a couple of years of additional bottle age.
