March 27, 2022 - tasted @ Vins de Vigneron 2022 Strasbourg, as example from the producer about how his GC will develop by ageing. What a QPR!
in the nose pate of olives and notes of salon olives, already buttered.
In the mouth well developed yellow fruit pulp notes integrate very well into a very enjoyable buttered matrix with good sapidity and minerality.

July 30, 2020 - This wine really impressed me at the dinner table. The pairing of this delicious Bougros with its notes of minerals, stones and flowers with fresh seared scallops was superb. The wine worked “ à merveille” with the rich butter, wine and lemon sauce that framed the scallops shipped overnight from Maine. It was hard to put this wine down as the perfect pairing lingered at the end of the meal.
