November 15, 2015 - Summer scents of straw and dried prairie grass add depth to friendly yellow apples. These apples appear on the palate as well, backed by some wood flavors that still need to integrate a bit more. Some richer flavors and textures appear later, bringing a touch of butterscotch, and nicely rounding out the firm mid palate. It's enjoyable now, but I think that giving it a little more time to integrate will be a good idea.
