  December 27, 2008 - Tim and Nancy in town (Ann's Avondale PA): Nice complex nose that was similar to the Valdicava BdM that we had tonight. Dark fruits, nicely balanced with the tannins well resolved. Smooth and easy drinking. This was a favorite of everyone.

  October 16, 2008 - Ruby red. Pretty nose of graphite pencil. Smooth and supple. Classic Stags Leap fruit with soft tannins. Perfectly ripe and not over the top. Classic Napa wine with just enough structure to balance the ripe fruit. Drinking beautifully at the moment. Not a serious or meditative wine but an excellent weekend drink.
