    January 10, 2019 - This was very tasty. No sign of age yet (while this is officially NV, its mostly 2013 fruit). I still get Cab Franc green pepper, and a lot of acid.

    February 11, 2018 - The wine was more integrated then the last bottle. I just sat and drank the wine without taking notes, but remembered that I really enjoyed it over a two day period. Still holding more bottles.
