February 27, 2022 - Consistent with prior notes, and definitely benefitted from 3-5 years in the cellar. Big and sensual aromatics of crushed black cherries, cinnamon, clove and sandal wood. Same flavors, along with orange notes on the expansive and flavorful palate. Flavors still big through the soft and silky finish. Delicious.

May 25, 2021 - Still going strong. Flavor profile consistent with prior notes. A little "chalky" through the middle, where sugars/alcohol give it a slightly syrupy texture. Satisfying finish. Excellent with pork tenderloin.
