July 28, 2020 - Good, previous bottle was better, probably on downhill or bottle not 100%

April 21, 2020 - A good example of the style, just a little bitter on the finish.

April 5, 2020 - Perfectly mature. Good balance. Very yeasty and good acidity. Delicious crémant and great value!

December 15, 2019 - Very similar to wetrock's impressions of 4/19/19, although I think wetrock likes it more than I. Seemed a bit loosely-structured; gentle, aged notes; lacking energy.

October 10, 2019 - A marvelous bottle of sparkling wine. Yes, a hint of oxidation. Rich, toasty, not a ton of acidity, but very well balanced with the fruit. Really worked for me. I am hardly the expert in such things, but this one will probably not keep for very long.
