October 7, 2021 - Pop and pour, consumed over 3 hours. Appearance: Clear, medium ruby. Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity, developing aromas of strawberry, black cherry, black pepper, cedar, and leather. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid, medium tannin, 14.0% abv, medium body, medium+ intensity with developing flavors of strawberry, black cherry, and black pepper with a medium+ finish.
Overall a very good wine excelling in balance, intensity and length with good complexity. Seems to be entering it's peak at the moment, drink now or over the next 3 years.1 person found this helpful Comment -

July 17, 2021 - This was in a good spot, with a more red-fruited, herbally tone to it that was unique compared to many of their wines. But it had that Bedrock Perfume in spades and that pure, dusty finish that just screams Bedrock Wine Co. A solid wine that's drinking well but not my favorite offering from Morgan/Chris.
