Community Tasting Notes 9

January 17, 2024 - This has matured nicely and is drinking great. Oaky and floral on the nose. Stone fruit, alpine wildflowers, sandlewood, and white pepper on the palate. Good acidity. Very food friendly. Paired with pork chops with white wine mushroom white wine reduction sauce.

January 14, 2023 - Some interesting reduction. Good length and surprisingly structured.

October 17, 2021 - Pepper and spixe and white pepper.

July 4, 2021 - Really great juice was even better the next day

March 15, 2021 - A little bit to tidy-whitey to me, but then again for some reason I was loving all the domestic wines this night.
