  April 19, 2023 - Jura study (Chicago, IL): I preferred the 2012 to this; the table was split on the issue. This doesn't have the same weight of fruit and breadth on the palate as the older wine, but it features more of an intense, racy minerally element to it. More structural and maybe just not quite as expressive and pleasurable to drink.

  November 14, 2020 - Really tight and finally opening up after 3h in the decanter.
  First it was subtle wood spices, lemon and apple. Then pineapple and touch of star fruit but never in an excessive way.
  Very textured but at the same time high acidity cutting through the richness. Reminded me of a very good St-Aubin.
  Tasted younger than it’s age.

  February 9, 2020 - Très classique Ganevat, nez typique jurassien mais avec cette touche très reconnaissable difficile à décrire. Bouche dynamique, tranchante, de belle pureté de fruit. Très bien.
