    September 1, 2018 - So good. Full bodied for Rioja, and really yummy. Not jammy, balanced, but tons of life in this. Fantastic value. Will look to buy more of current vintage.

    Clear deep ruby

    Clean medium intensity with plum vanilla chocolate coffee licorice leather and sage.

    Dry. Medium acid. Medium(+) tannins. Medium(+) tannins. Medium(+) body. Intense flavours echo the nose.

    Long finish. Very good.

    Delicious. Nice bridge of traditional and modern. Tons of life ahead.

    October 1, 2017 - Good spice, fruits, and complexity as described in my earlier notes. Best 3h+ after opening.
    Very good with a lamb casserole. Getting better.
