February 20, 2019 - Appearance indicates a rather young and light Crozes-Hermitage with a purple shine to the wine.
On the nose what you would expect: peppery, red fruit and faintly earthy.
On the palate, medium body, where the high acidity gives it structure but the high alcohol results in a slight bitterness in the modest length finish.
Overall, a good but not spectacular Crozes-Hermitage. The acidity will keep it structured but there is not a lot of benefit to cellar this further.
Good value for money. -

November 26, 2018 - Second of two bottles. P&P. Dark ruby. Aromas of bacon cheeseburger. On the palate, dark fruits and spice -- certainly more fruit in this bottle than in the first. M/M+ body, medium acid, XD, medium tannin, medium alcohol. Acceptable RQP. Better day 1.
