January 14, 2023 - OMG - drinking in such a perfect place...great balance of fruit and acidity...soooooo smooth. Fantastic with NY Strip steaks. (MIc drop..)
August 1, 2022 - Expressive, concentrated blackberry fruit with hints of sweetness and plum on the finish. Super smooth tannins, beautifully balanced and drinking VERY well right now with its long finish.

July 11, 2020 - Some chocolate, spotted beebalm, and balsamic along with the usual cab suspects, and just enough acidity and minerality to keep the natty wine pitchforks at bay
June 18, 2020 - Great tannins, good nose that got worse on warming. After warming fruit all disappeared, tart. Nose changed to a little off putting but still good. May get better with time but not sure. Still good.
April 25, 2020 - A lovely Cab, mature and drinking well. Not much to say about it, just a really good Napa Cab with all the right stuff.

October 12, 2019 - Starting to drink nicely. Much better than a year ago. Fruit coming out and it’s opening up. Delicious.
June 1, 2019 - Much more approachable than the Hares 13. Still with firm oak but more toasted. Sweet black and red fruit with a touch of purple. Black pepper to the finish. Great structure and could probably go another 15 or so years. Really impressed by this wine.
