October 24, 2021 - Sweet almond nose, fruity, full, and rich on the palate. Dosage feels on the higher side, finishes a touch sweet.

February 14, 2017 - Last of two bottles. With notes of peaches, white raspberries, and limes over yeast, biscuit, and cream tones, this is a doppelganger for the Laurent-Perrier Rose I had last night. Layered, complex, and structured, with the perfect amount of bottle age. Balanced, vibrant, and lots of vigorous bubbles. Elegant in every way.

October 25, 2014 - Wijnkoperij Okhuysen Annual Tasting (Haarlem, NL): An equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir; 10% of the latter is vinified as red wine and blended in, 5 years sur lattes, dosage 7 gr/l. Pale copper; slightly yeasty palate, the oak ageing of the red is noticeable, precise and linear, mineral. A restrained rosé.

March 29, 2014 - Peach pink appearance. Reticent nose of red berries, citrus, minerals, and yeast. Opens with a delicate mousse and tiny bead. There's good intensity to the taut, zesty notes of raspberries, kiwi, and limes. Limestone minerality on the finish. This is understated and refreshing.

November 26, 2005 - 50% pinot noir; 50% chardonnay. A much paler colour than the Rosé Intense. The nose is refined and delicate. Very full flavours, though it has a rough edge that's not to my taste. Good.
