  June 29, 2022 - Another stellar wine from Aaron, Claire and daughters. Pure deep dark fruit flavors, firm but balanced tannins and acidity, deft touch of smoke and oak smoke and oak, long finish. Very enjoyable.

  December 5, 2021 - Nice fruit, srong tannins which seemed a little out of balance with fruit. Overall a nice wine.

  November 24, 2021 - Really interesting wine. I had a 2012 Actaeon last week, and after a rough opening (barrel sample?), it turned into a really amazing wine, albeit a young one. This is different. Good, dark fruit, but muted. Short, but bold finish. Started super tannic, but that rounded off after a couple hours of air. Ultimately, I think it needs time/air, but I am not as confident about its future as the Actaeon I had.

  February 16, 2018 - PnP feels like I may have opened too early as the tannins haven’t had a chance to soften around the wonderful flavors lurking within. Not sure if I have another one left but if I did would try and hold on for another couple of years. Would expect a more seamless expression start to finish.
  
  Will cork and drink tomorrow to see if the overnight provides a better glimpse into the future.
  
  Tried again 24 hours later- almost no change which in and of itself is a testimonial to its future potential. Re-corked and move on to the 2013 Original Gangster.

  January 6, 2018 - Blue/black fruits with espresso guiding through a very long finish. Great long finish.
