  January 23, 2020 - Very burgundian in nature...both nose and mouth. Soft, red berry fruits with notes of cola on the finish. Bravo Rodney.

  August 22, 2018 - Being too tempted to open one of the bottles that arrived today, I succumbed to the pressure. Elegant in color and in what one might expect from an old-style burgundy in it's medium red color, the wine needed a little bit of time to open up. Classic Burgundian style in the nose and on the palate. Very tart cherry was the first immediate taste along with numerous earthy flavors. To be sure, one should not be fooled into thinking this is a Romanee-Conti, but it is truly reminiscent of a classic old burgundy. Well done.
