October 24, 2022 - drinking very nicely, good fill, currants, forest floor, mushrooms, a little short on the finish, nice with Frenched rack of lamb

November 26, 2020 - Very good but not great. Fantastic nose, thin on the palate. Like Burgundy with graphite.

May 24, 2020 - Still drinking well but clearly starting to drop off.
Do not decant and open just prior to serving.
Typical Moulis profile, which made it a great pairing with porkbelly.

December 16, 2019 - This bottle was decanted twice. The wine contained a lot of sediment. The cork was in pretty good shape. it had a bit of the French Funk on the nose and taste initially. But it opened up well over the course of the meal. About a glass remained which I saved it until the next day. It was even better. I was surprised at how well this bottle had held up. I don't see any reason to hold this vintage longer but its hanging in there.

December 16, 2018 - Rather dry and one dimensional straight out of the bottle, but with a little time this sweetened somewhat and rounded out.
Perfectly pleasant, but time is not on its side. Drink up.
