    Uvaggio: 53% PN, 47% CH.

July 17, 2021 - Could not get the disgorgement date. Very nice nose with plenty of fresh apples, citrus, autolytic notes, some cream and spices and a little bit of chalk. Based on the good depth of aromas, I was expecting the palate to show some complexity. I was surprised as it was rather tight and crisp. Good minerality (chalk dust and salinity) but more linear than the nose suggest. This might simply be too young. Maybe pop and pour and at fridge temperature did not help either. I was thinking that it was Chard dominant but apparently it's 53% PN and 47% Chard. I would love to revisit this with some age as the nose is just lovely. Hopefully this will unwind and become more expressive.

May 14, 2021 - Still light in colour, fresh on the nose with apples and hazelnut most prominent. Definitely on the fresh side in the mouth as well, but with decent buffering from the fruit. Good length. On present showing it can live well in the cellar for decades, but it won't survive that long in mine.

May 1, 2021 - I believe this was disgorged 2018 or 2019. Cork still flared after removal - no real sign of cork age. Pale gold. Plenty of fizz on the palate but bubble train and collar quite limited - maybe glass is just too clean! Nice brioche nose with a lemon curd note. Palate quite well resolved - early bottles (in 2019) from this case were very “sweet and sour” ie dosage not integrated. Lovely balance of acidity now - baked apple, limoncello and honey. Length is perhaps a little short but very nice wine.

April 4, 2021 - A bit shy at the begin but gaining intensity after some time in the glass. Marzipan and apple on the nose, very fresh. The palate is showing very well, with acidity well integrated with the wine, length and complexity without fading into any excess of structure and weight. Very good
