December 11, 2023 - Really nice. Nothing to eat, just watching The Nobel Prize Awards on TV. Hints of saffron. Dry and clean.

October 13, 2023 - Primarily ripe apple with some lemon and yeast notes too - lots of fruit. Fruit was crisp and fresh at first but became more “candied” with air. Well balanced. Drinking very well right now. Best after 4 hours.
