July 14, 2022 - takes time to open. Plum fruit with a bit of apricot. Strong pine and oak notes with almond and earth notes. Approaching the end of its life but still both sophisticated and nuanced. One has to like older wines to appreciate it since the powerful fruit that was evident ten years ago now has mellowed into a secondary role.

October 10, 2021 - Extremely dark red, aroma of fresh dark berries, fruity, dry, complex taste of cedar, herbs and tannins, medium finish.
