June 9, 2018 - 4 Champagne - Ais Election day (Forlì - Hotel Globus): Brilliant golden yellow. Very fine perlage. Rich and complex at nose: Fruity and vegetal notes: cut apples, lactic acid, yeasts.
Smooth, full mouth, well structured, Great acidity and citrine notes, with a mineral ending. Dynamic wine.
    30% Chard; 65% Pinot N; 5% Pinot meun. 8g/lt; Deg. Oct 2015
