September 11, 2021 - Very nice Chablis, more classical than the Bel Air et Clardy, more minerality and less fat. After some air it rounds out some more but always kept it taught acidic spine. Very well balanced and long finish. Lemon and seashells plus lots of minerals.

August 14, 2021 - So good, starting to come into its own. Like a blanc de blancs champagne without bubbles, this is lemon and lime, Granny Smith apple, chalk and crustaceans and butter cookies. Electric acidity.

July 10, 2020 - Straw colored, reasonable acidity but had become a little syrupy, maybe slightly oxidised

May 11, 2019 - Typical De Moor creaminess on top of chalky chablis notes and strong 2014 acidity. I notes this time however for the first time a slight oxidative note that reminded me of Jura.

May 5, 2019 - what a wine for the price. Round, lemon citrus with some other white fruits kicking in. Acidity and minerality in complete harmony. So juicy it goes down quick.

April 7, 2019 - We are at the top of the class. A brilliant, delicate yellow color. The nose is full of citrus and chalk, pleasant and round. The taste is just perfect. A bed of minerality creates the main structure for the wine, with sour notes that keep on cleaning the palate. It just never ends. I wonder if it can get any better than that. This is just pure gold in bottle. And for the price, it's a bargain. Buy in bulk, suggest to your friends, recommend this wine to anyone coming near to you. This is a French jewel.

December 2, 2018 - Very fresh and energetic. Nice yellow fruit-profile and some sweet herbs and vegetariska notes. Very clean and crisp. Not overly complex, but very delicious.

June 2, 2018 - Dobbeltdekantert. Slank. Noe mer avrundet med tid og temp. Knusktørr. Bra lengde. Herlig vin!

December 14, 2017 - HDH auction tasting at Spiaggia; 12/14/2017-12/16/2017 (Chicago, IL): Absolutely brilliant Chablis. So light and airy, with beautiful white fruits, as well as some pineapple flavours. Tons of acidity, with some gentle sweetness and roundness. Light, fresh, and just brilliant. Classic minerality as well, really, what more could you want?

July 24, 2017 - Lovely nose that starts off with bruised apple, cap gun smoke, buttered nuts, old oak and baking spice. With time in the glass more young fruit comes through with green apple, unripe pear, grilled lemon and wool. Great depth and complexity.

Not as generous on the palate as the nose indicates. Bone dry, high, tart acidity and medium body. Lemon, unripe green pear, green apple, nuts and butter. Long finish.

Ready to drink but will broaden out even more with time. Another terrific Chablis from de Moor!
