April 11, 2024 - Somewhat forward oak on opening - not the norm for Eyrie. Air and short decant helped, but still seemed a bit disjointed. Not bad at all, but the woody finish was not expected.

April 1, 2023 - This was poured blind in a flight of four Chardonnays. Not decanted. Very pale yellow...no obvious signs of age from its color. The nose was pretty shy and really didn't open until some time later. On the palate, however, this was so concentrated and delicious with stone fruit and lemon zest flavor and a long, weightless finish. This was outrageously good and was my WOTT, edging out a fantastic 2013 Liquid Farm Golden Slope.

March 29, 2020 - Outstanding QPR. This had deep minerals and orchard fruit with some nutty wood tones. At peak or will be soon. Best over the next 2-3 years IMO

March 9, 2020 - Clean, lovely fruit. Acid balance near perfect. Pretty, but good length. Superb food wine.
