  December 26, 2020 - Barnyardy as promised but not too bad once you get past that, though that doesn’t come without effort. Notes of flowers and grass with light nuttiness, in addition. Dried apple, grass, and salt on the palate.

  December 9, 2020 - weirdly offputting flavor profile, like a cheap champagne without the bubbles. pet nat at best, just the smallest of pffft when removing the crown cap. dry and funky without fruit to back it up. dislike.

  July 6, 2020 - Weird and funky and tart and ... foxy? it's like an experiment in the kind of winemaking "flaws" where a little bit adds character, but they did them all at once and the result is not pretty. couldn't finish it.

  June 13, 2020 - As many have pointed out, this smells like dog poop and dairy farts. The palate is *fine* but how do you drink bubbles while also holding your nose? This is probably an experiment... we just wish we weren’t the subjects. We like wine that is a challenge, but... not like this... no... not like this
