November 9, 2018 - The wine is medium body, tobacco and red cherry nose. Mouthfeel is soft and fresh, with a medium sweet and good acidity. It tastes like black currant (cassis), mushroom and coffee. Very classic bordeaux red wine.

April 10, 2018 - At le quinze vins in Paris where we got it at retail prices at a restaurant. For my palate it’s ready to drink. Still has notes of fruit with blackberry and plum, black cherry as well as anise and tobacco. Super soft and integrated on the palate. Very well balanced. Won’t get better it drinking well now. Enjoy!

Gentle style, cedary, lovely aromas, medium weight, mature and slightly thinning, but retains its harmony and delicious soft 1999 red berry fruit, good length.

July 5, 2017 - Drinking well with 1 hr decant. Cassis, berries, tobacco and green pepper. Palate is soft with black fruit. Finish is slightly short and dry. Drinking at peak now. Classic bordeaux
