Community Tasting Notes 2

September 2, 2019 - Opened this a few days ago, it was then mostly muted with notes of lemon and apple. With a few days opened in the fridge more notes of browned apple appear, but still quite muted and flat. Will continue to revisit this and might update. Perhaps a slight TCA i.e. "corked" issue?

Edit: i was too harsh. I still think, after another day in the fridge, that this is overly acidic - lemon and orange - and the acidity is volatile but at the right temperature it has some redeeming qualities, preserved peach and honey coming through together with red apple. I still don’t really like it, but might just be a phase.

August 4, 2017 - GMs - Casual Fridays August 2017: Graphite, white florals, pungent citrus, earth and grapefruit. Tangy on the palate with good minerality and a nice balance of sweet and sour. Good length and acidity. Liked it.
