October 18, 2019 - Blend baseado em Corvina Veronese (70%) e complementado com outras castas locais. Amadureceu por 36m em barricas de carvalho francês.
Exalou aromas de frutas escuras em compota, como ameixa e mirtilos, envoltos em notas aportadas pelo carvalho, mais puxadas para defumados e torrefação.
Macio no palato, com álcool (16%) bem integrado, acidez apurada e taninos aveludados. Traço de dulçor característico do estilo um pouco acima do ponto. Encorpado, intenso e persistente.
Deu boa conta de um belo Tomahawk. -

December 11, 2017 - (Decanter Fine Wine 2017) :: N: cherry, coffee liqueur, herbs, floral, expressive. P: concentrated, perfumed, ripe fleshy finish. Very fine tannins, superb structure. Long finish.
