May 4, 2020 - If you like buttery Chardonnay, this is it. Tropical fruit (especially pineapple) and decent acidity to keep lively. At first a bit of a diesel smell which blew off quickly. Rich gold color and big bodied for a Chardonnay (reminded me of a Walter Hansel chard). Preferred it on the colder side to keep it balances and fresher. Really nice for its type.

July 26, 2018 - Tropical leaning yellow and white fruit, butter and touch of saline with ample oak. Better balanced and integrated day 2. Lovely if big Cali Chard is what the occasion calls for. Decant 1-2 hours or hold 2-5 years.

June 17, 2018 - Preface- not a Chard fan but did enjoy this one on its own without food. PnP. Delicious chard with a great visceral feel. Deeper flavor than most- of looking for a crisp linear Chard this is not for you.

April 7, 2018 - On the palate, the wine tasted like yeasty bread, but not unpleasantly so. After being open for 2 hours, it did not change much. I did not detect any of the lemony characteristics that other reviewers on CT reported. The wine seems to have some body, so perhaps the best is yet to come. I noted that the wine seemed a little bit deeper in color than would be expected from such a young Chardonnay, but I have no previous experience with Tor Kenward wines.

February 14, 2018 - Straw yellow, clear. Beautiful in the glass. Nose of lemon tart, with a nice combination of tart acidity yet incredible richness. Great balance. It has a touch of astiringency on the finish, but otherwise is terrific and only improved in the hour it's been opened.

November 24, 2017 - Wow! Best Chardonnay I’ve probably ever tasted. Impeccable balanced with tropical fruits, slate and stone, acidity, just enough oak and a long finish. A great turkey day treat!
