Community Tasting Notes 1

January 25, 2016 - “Natural Wine Soirée” (non-blind), Flight 1, Wine 2: The wine was bright medium lemon in colour and offered apple, orange, herbs, wet wool and mild spiciness on the nose. The medium- to full-bodied wine had good concentration on the palate, tasted of lemon, apple, orange and beeswax, with medium-plus acidity and very good length, and finished dry. Solid if a bit pricy.
