February 7, 2024 - Deep, creamy and slightly rustic bouquet. On the palate full bodied and juicy, blackberries and blueberries, a bit rustic, beautiful acidity, round tannin and a pleasant touch of sweetness. Ready now, but no hurry at all.

February 28, 2020 - This is meaty, chewy, black purple and lingering on the finish. Quite enjoyable. not really age-worthy, maybe a couple of more years. I will look for more to drink up near term.

November 5, 2019 - Diep geconcentreerd in het glas. Wat een kleur. In de neus diep fruit en heel licht hout. Man man. In de mond. Wat een wijn. Dit is geconcentreerd en mooi. Wat een diep fruit, prachtige balans. Prachtig.

November 18, 2018 - Very dark in colour, with an interesting and powerful nose of gamey notes, iron, violets and blackfruits. The palate has a wonderfully silky texture, big concentration and a long finish with powdery tannins. Very mouthfilling, but with great balance. I would never have guessed malbec. I'm not a huge malbec fan, but this was an impressive wine, and its interesting to note that only concrete tanks were used, which I think helps create the freshness here;the old vines provide the power, purity and concentration I would guess. Not great QPR in my neck of the woods, but it is one of the nicer Argentinian malbecs I have tried . Better on the second night, as it was tighter and more closed at first (A-).
