February 19, 2021 - Double decanted but still a bit hot. Mellowed out over two hours and really opened up. Good depth and smooth finish. Nice bottle and good QPR.

January 3, 2020 - As other notes indicated, needs a longer decant than I would have thought (several hours). And got better than I initially anticipated. Love the Syrah with the Cab.

August 10, 2019 - Decanted for 90 minutes. Dark fruit on the nose and palate with a little vanilla. This wine still is 'hot' on the finish, which affects the balance.

February 25, 2017 - Short decant - wasn't opened up as we consumed it. Spicy, dark fruited blend with some cherry peaking through on the finish. A bit "hot" tonight. Crowd pleaser.
