  November 14, 2020 - D+0h: a tiny, tiny bit of deposit in the filter, nothing in the bottle, smells of violets D+5,5h: dark as ink, smells of plum and violets, smooth in the mouth, dry, but not in a tart way, in the mouth plum and violets, medium body, in the aftertaste plum, violets and acidity, good length (30 sec), good red wine for the price, has no rough edges to make it interesting, though.

  March 22, 2020 - Nice Toro - not as alcoholic as many others in this DOC. At the moment, it needs 1 hour of decanting. Then it shows very enjoyable, especially with (beef) meats. Don‘t hurry it, will keep at least another 3-4 years ..... and will propably improve yet.

  July 7, 2016 - Spanish Mixed Bag, Summer of 2016; 7/2/2016-7/15/2016: This made the right noises but just lacked energy and character. Reasonable fruit and quite structured but I found it dried out on the palate.
