February 25, 2024 - This wine still feels quite youthful - slightly more tannic than I would have expected but with plenty of structure to support longer aging. But this is indeed wonderfully opulent and complex and a great bottle for sure.

August 6, 2022 - Drinking nicely now, but still has potential to age for a while more. Tight tannins upon PnP, but smoothed out over the course of dinner. Black fruits with some eucalyptus, tomato leaf, and menthol.

April 15, 2022 - Excellent 2nd wine of Bond. great vintage as well. Nose is of black fruit, cassis, blackberries and boysenberry, charcoal, hints of anise and eucalyptus. Palate is medium to full body, black fruits, mouth coating tannins with slight but not unpleasant harshness, long finish. Good QPR
