April 30, 2023 - Old Bordeaux (10 years or older) (Capital Grille - Minneapolis): Nice Rose with hints of cherry and raspberry, some toast and some slight oyster shell. This was another good starter Champagne and contrasted nicely with the blanc de blanc served along side. Another solid 90 for me.
