February 8, 2023 - Napa 2023: the quieter version; 2/6/2023-2/11/2023 (Napa/Sonoma California): Drinks really nicely as always. Ended up getting the potato chip/dip/salmon roe appetizer which is basically made for this wine. Very tasty.

May 25, 2019 - bon champagne probablement encore un peu jeune. Il est rafraîchissant et aérien. L’acidite est bien équilibrée. Je pensais avoir plus d’ampleur en bouche à cause du pinot meunier.

June 15, 2018 - Almost too rich. There is decent acidity but the sweetness threatens to overwhelm.

December 28, 2016 - 2012 base, 2015 disgorgement. I have loved all of the extra brut wines from Bereche. This had fine tight bubbles, and really a pretty, sweet core, driven by white peach, and tart fresh Duncan grapefruit hint, pretty soil tones, and a delicious swallow/finish. All of the Bereche wines have had super great finish attributes. Great wine!

August 23, 2016 - Very unique, very young, this has huge upside in my opinion, very juicy and almost hard to believe it's an extra brut. 11/15 disgorgement

June 5, 2016 - A lot of fresh acidity, minerality, tastes like zero dosage, citrus , orange zest, extractful, in a very young stage, 91-92
