August 10, 2019 - Missed out on the recommendations for lengthy decant; I probably missed out on some highlights
As it was, a lot of malbec leather, noticeably jammy and missing some notes; more airtime would have brought a better balance. Worth noting for those who still have a bottle or two
July 8, 2019 - Completely different after 48 hours in the fridge after opening on the 4th. Strongly suggest a long decanter, great on the third day.
October 21, 2017 - Very pleased with the varietal character. I felt it opened up relatively quickly. Better than expected. Felt it was a good value. Not likely to find it again but would buy it again.
April 30, 2017 - Excellent once it opened. Great with heavy pasta meal.
April 3, 2017 - A real stunner. Ripe black, blue and red fruit on the palate with significant bramble and a surprisingly prominent bundle of pie spices; showed best two days after opening.
September 9, 2016 - This wine was so smooth on the pallet. Drink with cheese and salami. Perfect

Ripe fruit, white pepper on finish. Soft, long, lingering tannins
