November 15, 2018 - Golden straw yellow colour. Rubber, tropical fruits and citrus on the nose. Taste of tropical fruits, minerals and citrus with hints of honey. A complex finish that requires well matched food. Goes well with fish or cheeses.

March 17, 2016 - Tasted at the winery. Not in my style at all, lacks freshness and cut. Does not say Carricante to me, instead a muddled white with some citrus and white fruits against an uninspired backdrop of the sea/soil. Medium body, medium(-) complexity and finish. 12,5% abv. Meh.
