August 14, 2019 - From magnum. Overdelivered compared to expectations, thankfully. Nicely mature fruit with those "autumn forest" notes Zweder described, it drank fine on first pour and got more leathery when decanted. No sediment.

December 25, 2015 - We had this Christmas day with family. It is still a fine wine with nice color of dark fruit. There was no bricking or separating. I decanted it right before serving and it had a nose of currants, dark cherry and blackberry. The front palate was earthy with a little graphite. The tannins were pretty smooth mid-palate with a little acidity creating a good balance. The finish was mid length
