  December 25, 2021 - Gorgeous chablis, a tad of the fuller side but has enough electrifying acidity to hold the wine in balance. Long finish with a really nice mouthfeel, seamless and smooth with nothing poking out of place. The only nit pick is that it is a bit outside the mold of "traditional" chablis because of its fuller body.

  November 19, 2020 - Dinner with the wine group (Zoom): Yellow-gold, youthful color; medium-plus aromatics, sulfur, hard to detect underlying notes but white fruit and lemon-lime?; palate is full bodied, medium-plus acidity, medium alcohol, really persistent acidity through the midpalate; long finish. This seems like a GC white burgundy, maybe 2014? Really nice showing for this wine on reveal. 94

  April 17, 2020 - So good. More than any other Chablis I know, De Moor's wines are chiseled straight from rock with a squeeze of lemon and this is no exception. Very compact... It's not exactly a deep tasting history, but I don't know if I've had one that has unfurled; I look forward to that experience.
