July 8, 2021 - Drinking very well. Audozed in bottle for 60 min, then drank over 90 mins. Asian spices, cherries, raspberries. Maybe a touch of citrus zest. Intoxicating nose. Palate follows the nose, with orange zest, cherries, raspberries, cranberries, and baking spices on the palate. Good acidity.

September 18, 2020 - Spicy nose with darker flavors of cherries, cloves, and raspberries. Good acidity with blood orange, dark berries, and baking spices on the palate. Good finish.

September 12, 2020 - First (and only) of one. Quite fuzzily tannic, the structure being detrimental to the overall effect. The nose is good and the mouth is good but marred; the length is attenuated.

The stuffing is all there and maybe the wine will come around and relax after a few years but now, it was not my favorite.

June 12, 2020 - Prior bottle was nearly 17 months ago and this wine continues to show well. Nose continues to show red cherry, spices and forest floor notes. Medium bodied with the same red cherry and red berry notes upfront, with just enough brightness to feel lively. Red raspberry and some hints of darker blackfruit through the middle and tart red cherry behind. The tart notes and acidity provide structure on the back, but they are noticeably more integrated with the fruit than previously. Overall, I'd say there hasn't been additional complexity revealed with time, but rather better integration and cleaner expression of the fruit notes already present. has the structure to hold this level for several additional years, but given how well it's showing at present and the limited possibility for significant future improvement, I would drink these over the next 2-3 years.
