October 13, 2023 - Enjoyed this bottle alongside '10 Pahlmeyer and '10 O’Shaugnessy Mt.Veeder. Compared to the two other wines, the Les Pavots came across as more of an overripe pure fruit bomb lacking a bit of acidity and structure. (My bottle must have been quite different from the one described by CARLSCHMIDT below.) Very enjoyable. Served with Beef Bourguignon. Decanted for 1 hr. My #3 of the evening. WOTN was the '10 Pahlmeyer, which is drinking wonderfully right now

October 9, 2023 - One of the better PMs I’ve had in a long time. Popped it for the wife’s 40th bda…with leftover pizza! (We had Mustards for lunch so….). Big bright black fruits, voluptuous really, mint, juicy acid….almost a fruit bomb. Didn’t realy calm down or improve after 3 hours of decanting. Just a big young wine, that I think a little more time will help balance out.

August 20, 2023 - Decanted over 3 hours. Austere and dry - very good Bordeaux blend. Had this one with a lemon blueberry pound cake with homemade whipped cream.
