December 25, 2022 - Nectarine, bonbon aux pêches, limette en fin de bouche, vanille, le vin est marqué par l'élevage mais est super bien équilibré. L'acidité est faible, le vin est dans son sweet spot avec les arômes de fruits exotiques et juste ce qu'il faut de tension. Excellent vin qui prouve que le Canada produit des vins de grandes qualités !

July 31, 2022 - Aromas showing lemony, butter, creamy with some ripe red apple, pineapple.Bit of salinity to it as well .... stoney.
Flavours follow. Buttery and creamy but not oaky. Oak influence is minimal, but still present. Vanilla notes, some caramel. Overall a very nice balance, good acidity. Tasty and smooth. -

July 19, 2021 - Turning golden hay in colour, but still a bit pale now. Can age more. Aromas showing ripe apples with a touch of caramel. Bit of minerality as well.
Flavours tend to follow on the over-ripe apple side of the spectrum. Toss in some caramel and a bit of creamy buttery flavours. So saline and wet stone minerality as well. Bit of spices on the finish. Nicely balanced. -

une belle pointe florale.
C`est sur les agrumes et assez salin
avec une finale de longueur moyenne bien franche
et sans accroc.

May 20, 2020 - I was expecting a controversial wine with some degree of oxidation. Far from it. This actually managed to put in a very respectable performance. Some tropical notes but supported by acidity and minerality. Drinking well and yes, can age longer!
