November 29, 2014 - This is ready to drink. On open, fruit forward and slightly sweet. Calmed down over the next few hours to solid balance. Lack of material tannin suggests not a lot of aging potential beyond the next couple years. Good, solid cab at the right time.

June 3, 2011 - In a very nice spot right now. Dark ruby core. Darker fruit, chocolate covered berries. Packed with a good amount of sweet fruit. Blueberries, blackberries and currants. A bit syrupy on palate with dark chocolate and a mild herbal note. Tannins not particularly pronounced. Gathers a bit of heat on the finish.

May 14, 2011 - Best bottle I've had of this. At its' peak.

January 17, 2010 - 30 minute decant. I liked this but expected a little more given the pedigree. Not over the top, more old style which I liked. The mouth feel was very light, thin in the mid palate, no real attack or expansive qualities. Decent cab, would not seek out more.

October 17, 2009 - Sampling of 1er Cru White Burgs and Cali Cabs (Our House (2033 Brandywine St., Philadelphia)): Deep dark purple color. Plum, saline, blood, cherry and black fruit on the nose. A nip of heat. After some time in the glass, there was blueberry pancake syrup and chocolate. A bit watery on the attack. Fine tannins, pepper, black fruit. Good structure. High acidity. Good solid finish.
