December 28, 2023 - Still my favourite Brunello on this showing. Not getting tired at all so might even have another level to go to but I've only got one left to find out. Such a focussed cherry driven fruit profile - perfectly in balance. Intoxicating on the palate displaying Sangiovese in its finest form. Had a 2007 Riserva the other day from Il Poggione and this straight-up Brunello was way better.

March 22, 2023 - Approachable immediately upon opening and gets better within 30mins. No decant required. Drinking beautifully right now.
