August 24, 2006 - Interesting cab franc. Lots of vegetable qualities in this wine, especially green bean and green pepper. Even the fruit flavors had me thinking more along the lines of heirloom tomatoes rather than berries. Strong mineral quality, too. Definitely a food wine.
