August 22, 2023 - Pronounced nose with notes of cassis, black fruits, blackberry, vanilla, toast, tobacco. Medium acidity and medium+ tannin. Tannin is smooth and velvety. Long finish. Did not decant. Drinking well now with potential of improving with ageing.

August 22, 2023 - 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. Bottle-decant for 6 hours. Dark ruby colour. Blackberry, cassis and sweet spices on the nose. Powerful yet restrained. Supple tannins with good structure. Long finish. Will improve further.
