August 26, 2017 - Appearance: Bright and clear, it is light lemon-green color, with wide watery rims and legs.
Nose: Clean, with light intensity aromas of citrus fruit of lemon and grapefruit, floral notes of acacia, mineral notes of stony and beeswax, green fruit of green apple. The wine is youthful.
Palate: Dry with high acidity, the wine has medium alcohol, light body, with medium (-) intensity flavors of citrus fruit of lemon, mineral notes of stony, autolytic notes of yeast, geen fruit of green apple. The wine has a light finish.
Conclusion: Good quality Bourgogne Aligote with a light nose and simple characters as would be expected coming from the varietal, the wine has a nice balance, with a light body and palate, not having much length but a good wine to enjoy in the hot HK summer times and able to provide a nice freshness, but as expected from the varietal the length is pretty short. It is ready to drink now and not meant for further ageing.

June 17, 2017 - Ramonet 2014. Very little on the nose. Bit watery. Rather underwhelming.
