July 22, 2023 - Red berry, weak coffee, and red licorice. It works well with food and has enough acidity to counter soft cheese and grilled meat. On its own, it lacks power.

December 27, 2022 - Delicious and enjoyable Syrah / Grenache blend with some Cab Franc to finish. Wish I had waited a few more years just to see where it would go, as it did not feel like its journey is complete. Medium body, very good finish, elements of caramel, licorice, wet stone and dark fruits. Wine maker Guillaume Fabre is a star to follow, has brought his French wine making ethos to the Central Coast. With wife Solene, they are closing in on 15 years of continuous work at this family owned vineyard.

May 3, 2020 - Great wine. Love the dab of Cab Franc! Really adds to the complexity.

August 25, 2018 - Very nice if still a bit tight. Nice balance and complexity.
