March 19, 2022 - Fantastic and perfectly integrated. Slightest note of rocks funk. Really good.

  • Neecies Likes this wine:

December 28, 2021 - Bordeauxish, some foresty pyrazines augment the spicy fruit.

  • Magnolian Likes this wine: 90 points

September 20, 2021 - Bright fruit with good Tempranillo typicity that, yes, tastes a little Spanish. Enjoyable mix of red fruits, savory notes, and blood/iron on the finish. Some novelty value, but unremarkable depth and complexity.

NG sent this to me by mistake and let me keep it for half price, so my basis in the wine is in the mid-$30s. Even at that price it is a good value, but would not purchase again at ~$70 retail.

February 19, 2021 - This was singing after an hour decant, including the classic Christophe funk. While not as good as the Impulsivo, No Girls Tempranillo is a tremendous value. Drink now.

January 19, 2021 - The 12 Tempranillo is quite a bit better than the 13. This was decent but a bit flabby, no a lot of character on the mid palette and a short tart finish. Maybe it just needs more time.
